Stuffed Green Peppers
6 large green peppers
1 pound ground beef, browned
2 TB minced onion
1 ts salt
1 ts garlic powder
2 cups cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.
2. Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese.
3. Stuff peppers with ground beef mixture. Place in slow cooker.
4. Cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours, HIGH 3-4 hours. Sprinkle with cheese last 30 minutes.
