Not much time for cooking and recipes this week, so I will be posting some super short and quick ones.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound spaghetti
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 1/4 cups cream
1. Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and place on paper towel to drain.
2. Add spaghetti to a pan filled with rapidly boiling water. Cook until tender.
3. Beat eggs, cheese, and cream; add bacon to bowl. Pour over hot pasta and toss gently.
4. Return ingredients in pan to stove and cook for 1 minute; until slightly thickened.
