I’m on a Kale kick this week, so I thought I would share my favorite recipes from this nutritious tasty green.
Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
1 bunch kale
1 TB olive oil
1 ts salt
1/2 ts cayenne pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Line baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Cut kales leaves from large stem. Tear into bite sized pieces.
4. In a large bowl, mix kale, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.
5. Bake 10-15 minutes until edges are browned.
